How Long Does it Take to Fill My Order?
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The exception to this will be during peak holiday periods close to Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, when delays can occur due to seasonally high demand. Please check the pop up calendar during the check out process for all available ship dates.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Your order will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. You choose the shipping class that best suites your needs. Explore the Shipping Options page for complete details.
Can I Have My Order Shipped Overnitht?
Yes, you may choose USPS Express Mail. Make your selection during the check out process. Please bear in mind selecting overnight shipping will NOT speed the processing (baking) of your order, only the time in transit.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your My Account page on our website to follow the status of your order. You will also receive email updates–including tracking information–as the status of your changes.

How Will I Know if My Order is Confirmed?
When you place an order with us you will be taken to a Thank You and order confirmation page. This will list the details of your order. Also, if you provided a valid email address during the account registration process you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms we have received your order and it contains your order number and a link back to our website with the details of your order.
How Do I Change or Cancel an Order After is is Placed?
If it becomes necessary to change an order after you have placed it log in to your My Account page on our website and select View Orders to select the order to which you would like to make changes. Editing options still available to you will be listed. If none are available, contact us through one of the available methods listed above.
How Long Will the Rolls Last Un-refrigerated?
Marie’s rolls have a natural shelf-life of 12 to 14 days and like most baked goods should NOT be refrigerated.
Why Shouldn't I refrigerate the Rolls?
Refrigeration is not the proper environment for baked goods. The humidity levels cause rapid deterioration of the dough.
How Should I store My Rolls?
In between uses, keep them wrapped as air tight as possible in the original packaging or similar alternative and store them in a cool, dry location away from direct heat or sun light.
For longer term storage the rolls should be kept in the freezer. Any of the roll flavors containing nuts may be thawed and refrozen several times without degrading the flavor.
How Long Can I Keep My Rolls in the Freezer?
Up to six months, but you will probably want to eat them way before that!
How Are the Nut Rolls Packaged?
Our nut roll and other flavor rolls are packaged in a heavy duty, freezer ready poly bag with a cardboard insert for stiffness.
Does Consuming Poppy Effect Drug Tests?
Consuming poppy in the form used in our roll may effect the results of an employment related drug test. Especially if you are tested shortly after eating a poppy seed roll. It is advisable for you to inform the tester that you have consumed poppy seeds prior to being tested.
