The dough round is spread end to end with the raspberry filling and rolled into the traditional roll shape then baked to a golden brown. Included is a generous coating of evaporated milk and a sprinkling of sweet cane sugar. Each 12″ inch roll yields approximately 24 half inch slices of fruity raspberry goodness.
